Urgent Need - Lead Business Analyst/ Project Manager (Asset Management/ Investment/Financials/Trade/Capital Market - Remote

Skillset / Role:

• Report gathering and inventorying, reporting requirements, data mapping, reconciliation, testing
• Liaising between business end users and technology/developers a huge plus
• Someone from the business/ops/accounting side who is very familiar with the underlying data that make up private assets
• Holdings – funded positions, unfunded commitments
• Security master data – facility, contract
• Activity – scheduled/unscheduled principal, interest, fees, PIKs, transfers, etc.
• Familiarity with private credit
• Familiarity with private loan, private bond, derivatives for hedging, direct lending, mezzanine financing, bank loans
• Systems: WSO, Aladdin, PAM for Investments

• Full-time role
• Remote (potential to have to travel to Newark very occasionally
• Start late August through the end of the year. 90% likelihood that it will continue through all of 2027

Skills/SME Required

• Knowledge of the investments industry at an asset manager (or having consulted to same), or asset servicer.
• Knowledge of Private Capital a plus
• Knowledge of Aladdin a plus
• Knowledge of PAM or Wall Street Office (WSO)a plus
• Knowledge of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) a plus.
• Exposure to project management & executive level communications skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus (asset management for insurance or having consulted to those organizations)
• All of those things would be great, but we’re really going to approach this “best player available” that comes off both as “polished” and ‘in the weeds.’
