Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead the internal IT workstream of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. This role will drive the technical side of the program, coordinating internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and Oracle Consulting across integrations, data migration, dependencies, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate has led complex ERP implementations end-to-end and has enough technical depth to challenge teams, ask the right questions, and drive decisions.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression), age, national origin, citizenship status, disability, genetic information, marital status, military status, protected veteran status, or any other status protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Responsibilities
- Lead the internal IT workstream for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, replacing a legacy Lawson financial system.
- Coordinate technical teams across integrations, data migration, application dependencies, and legacy system modernization.
- Drive planning and execution across 100+ existing integrations and processes, helping determine what should be retired, rebuilt, migrated, or replaced by Oracle functionality.
- Provide technical project leadership around integration approaches, including APIs, flat-file transfers, data flows, and related dependencies.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with internal IT leadership, Finance, the enterprise PMO, and Oracle Consulting Services.
- Challenge technical teams and vendors when appropriate rather than simply tracking tasks and decisions.
- Support a hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery model, with major ERP phases and prototypes managed through Waterfall while configuration and development cycles leverage Agile practices.
- Maintain project plans and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and related project management tools.
- Communicate project status, risks, budget, and key decisions to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
Must-Haves
- 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally including 5+ years supporting or leading ERP implementations.
- Experience leading a complex ERP implementation end-to-end rather than managing only a single workstream or module.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, or another major enterprise ERP platform.
- Experience managing technical ERP workstreams involving integrations, data migration, and legacy-system dependencies.
- Strong enough technical understanding to participate in and challenge discussions around APIs, flat files, data flows, integrations, and system architecture decisions.
- Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project budgets of approximately $5M+.
- Strong experience working across internal IT, business teams, executives, and third-party implementation partners.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, composed leadership style with the ability to bring structure and stability to a complex, high-visibility program.
Nice-to-Haves
- Direct Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle Financials implementation experience.
- Experience across multiple ERP financial processes/modules, such as Record-to-Report and Source-to-Pay.
- Experience migrating from an on-premise ERP to a cloud-based platform.
- Experience with Lawson or another legacy financial system.
- Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and/or Smartsheet experience.
- Experience working within a hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery environment.
- Experience modernizing legacy integrations, including moving from flat-file processes to APIs.
- Bachelor''s degree and/or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled project management tools such as Atlassian Rovo is a plus but not required.
