Project Manager - Compliance

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their WPC EPM team and drive compliance projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive compliance-focused projects from initial planning through execution.
• Support the delivery of integrated system solutions for the company.
• Collaborate closely with client and server engineering teams and third-party integration partners.
• Define project scope and prepare projects from the outset across multiple teams.
• Create, organize, and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Communicate project progress and status effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks throughout execution.
• Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.
• Strong background in system implementation project management using proven software development techniques.
• Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional internal organizations.
• Able to navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally respond during partner engagements in Mandarin
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects and resources - adapting accordingly and positively.
• Ability to participate in and facilitate requirements brainstorming sessions.
• Proven past in technical and engineering project delivery.
• Ability to review and provide feedback on technical specifications, taking into account external and internal feedback
• Strong technical knowledge to be able to diagnose and drive bugs and issues to completion
• Familiarity of Software Development Lifecycle planning

Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months with extension

Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid)

Pay range: $50.00 - $65.00 ph (DOE)
