Job Description
A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their WPC EPM team and drive compliance projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive compliance-focused projects from initial planning through execution.
- Support the delivery of integrated system solutions for the company.
- Collaborate closely with client and server engineering teams and third-party integration partners.
- Define project scope and prepare projects from the outset across multiple teams.
- Create, organize, and maintain relevant project documentation.
- Communicate project progress and status effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks throughout execution.
- Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.
- Strong background in system implementation project management using proven software development techniques.
- Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional internal organizations.
- Able to navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels.
- Ability to read, write, and verbally respond during partner engagements in Mandarin
- Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects and resources - adapting accordingly and positively.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate requirements brainstorming sessions.
- Proven past in technical and engineering project delivery.
- Ability to review and provide feedback on technical specifications, taking into account external and internal feedback
- Strong technical knowledge to be able to diagnose and drive bugs and issues to completion
- Familiarity of Software Development Lifecycle planning
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid)
Pay range: $50.00 - $65.00 ph (DOE)
