Project activities may include helping a bank/client discover a new product, process improvement, desk research, site creation, data analysis, and preparing client presentations.

Position Overview

Mastercard is looking for Project Manager (Process Manager) professionals to support a focused Q4 consulting initiative. The team delivers consulting projects for financial institutions and other companies, helping clients solve strategic, operational, and business challenges.

The role will support multiple projects simultaneously, with responsibilities involving project/process management, business analysis, problem solving, research, process improvement, data analysis, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, processes, and assigned workstreams across multiple client projects.

• Lead project modules and coordinate with junior team members when required.

• Analyze business and process-related problems and develop structured solutions.

• Support process improvement, product discovery, research, and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct desk research, data analysis, and business analysis.

• Develop client presentations, reports, and project documentation.

• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to prepare analysis and deliverables.

• Work closely with client managers, stakeholders, and internal project teams.

• Lead or participate in project and client meetings.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Identify issues, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.

• Ensure project activities and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

• Consulting experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Project Management / Process Management experience.

• Management consulting or business consulting experience.

• Business analysis, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management experience.

• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.

• Experience managing project tasks or workstreams.

• Experience with process improvement and operational initiatives.

• Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Experience coaching or coordinating junior team members is a plus.

• MBA or Master''s degree is preferred but not required.

Education

• Bachelor''s degree with relevant professional experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, strategy, business intelligence, product management, or a related field.
