Job Title: D365 F&O Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced F&O Project Manager with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Administration, specifically in Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Agile transformations and coaching teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Work closely with product owners to ensure a well-defined backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new approaches.
• Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications to ensure alignment with Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Functional.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP ACC), or equivalent.
• Experience in leading Agile transformations in large organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to technology solutions.
