Job Description

Location: Onsite
Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, will sit for FSP
Responsibilities • Design, plan, and support secure network infrastructure environments. • Conduct network capacity planning, traffic analysis, and performance assessments. • Develop solutions for LAN, WAN, wireless, and hybrid network environments. • Support network upgrades, modernization efforts, and infrastructure improvements. • Monitor network performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to support mission requirements. • Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans. • Troubleshoot network issues and assist with root cause analysis. • Participate in design reviews, technical planning sessions, and change management activities. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of network engineering experience, Master's degree and 6+ years of experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. • Must currently possess an IAT Level II certification. • Experience designing and supporting enterprise network environments. • Strong understanding of routing, switching, network architecture, and performance optimization. • Experience with network planning, capacity management, and infrastructure upgrades. • Knowledge of network security principles and secure system design. • Familiarity with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management tools. • Experience with cloud networking, software-defined networking (SDN), and network automation concepts. • Ability to create technical documentation and network diagrams.
Preferred • Experience supporting government or highly secure environments. • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Security+, JNCIA, JNCIP, or related certifications. • Experience with network modeling or simulation tools. • Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and modern network design practices. • Experience leading network modernization or infrastructure refresh efforts.
Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience. Compensation: $122,000 - $204,000
