Software Sales Executive

We are a 3rd party company, or broker, where we connect customer needs with carrier solutions. We specialize in vans, flatbeds, containers, warehousing, LTL, heavy haul, and specialized services. As Sales Manager you will be leading our sales team to continued success, as well as providing leadership, development, and training to new recruits that join our growing inside sales team.

Driving revenue through coaching and developing new and existing sales reps
Interviewing and training entry-level sales reps
Assisting sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue
Achieve satisfactory net revenue results and market share in relation to preset standards and industry trends
Coordinating the allocation of support staff to accounts with high volumes of business
Monitoring sales reports, acting as needed, and communicating trends and market conditions to senior leadership
Working with the Training department to help maintain and continuously enhance sales training programs
At least 3-5 years prior experience working for a non-asset freight brokerage in a sales capacity preferred
At least 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 5+
Willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, transportation and logistics or similar field is a plus
