Job Description
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience managing risks, impediments, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
- Understanding of SDLC, software development, QA/testing, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
