Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Role Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst / Scrum Master with strong experience supporting Salesforce projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. The role will bridge business and technology teams, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and facilitate Agile delivery for Salesforce/Agentforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable backlog items.
• Maintain and prioritize the product/project backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Jira to manage user stories, backlog, sprint progress, dependencies, and impediments.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA, business users, and other technical teams.
• Identify process improvements and connect business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Support requirements traceability, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Manage and communicate dependencies, risks, issues, and impediments affecting delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder adoption, training, and change-readiness activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and defined acceptance criteria.
• Track delivery progress and proactively surface issues requiring decisions or escalation.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master experience.
• Proven experience supporting or managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and user-story development skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong focus on business value and delivery outcomes.

Preferred

• Salesforce Agentforce experience.
• Salesforce AI, automation, or AI-agent experience.
• Salesforce certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Utility or energy industry experience.
