Spyglass Configuration Specialist

Job Title: Spyglass Configuration Specialist
Location: Remote
Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
Review and troubleshoot Spyglass configuration issues.
Identify and fix problems with benefit configurations.
Analyze healthcare claims and determine why benefits are not processing correctly.
Make necessary configuration changes and test the results.
Work with the client to understand and resolve system issues.
Document configuration changes and solutions.
Help train the client's team on Spyglass.
Create simple training materials for future new hires.

Required Skills:
Experience with Beacon/BeneSys Spyglass.
Spyglass configuration experience preferred.
Healthcare claims processing experience.
Experience with benefit configuration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
