Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing stakeholder communications and engagement to support program transitions and organizational change.
• Strong change management skills, including developing communication plans, targeted outreach, and feedback channels to drive adoption.
• Ability to prepare and deliver executive presentations and leadership briefings for diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting government programs or large-scale technology transitions
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement strategies and change readiness initiatives.
