Seeking a Regional Branch Manager to lead sales operations and drive growth within an assigned territory focused on dental and surgical products. This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a team, and contributing to the continued success of a close-knit organization. You will oversee branch performance, guide a team of sales professionals, and work directly with dental and surgical practices to understand their needs and provide effective product solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the regional branch, ensuring sales targets and service standards are met
Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of sales representatives to help them reach performance goals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with dental and surgical clients across the region
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand the customer base
Monitoring sales performance data and adjusting strategies to meet branch and company objectives
Collaborating with internal departments, including customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Providing product knowledge and training support to the sales team as needed
Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership
Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Managing branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively
Resolving customer concerns and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
Staying current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments in dental and surgical markets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the dental, surgical, or medical device industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Solid understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and performance metrics
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities
Comfort with CRM systems and standard business software
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
Professional, customer-focused approach to problem-solving
