Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Application Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of application architecture, software development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom application architectures that align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure applications adhere to best practices, coding standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot application issues as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing custom applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
