Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to architect enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions that modernize ITSM and ITOM operations while leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows, accelerate MTTR, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, AI capabilities, development, integrations, CMDB governance, security, and end-to-end platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, enterprise-wide target-state solutions for the ServiceNow Now Platform.
• Lead ITSM and ITOM modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities including Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, NLU Virtual Agents, Agent Assist, and AIOps.
• Architect solutions across Service Catalog, Integration Hub, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Develop complex ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and GlideRecord.
• Establish CMDB governance and scalable platform architecture.
• Design and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, and MID Server.
• Implement ServiceNow security capabilities including OAuth, SSO, ACLs, and Domain Separation.
• Lead seamless end-to-end ServiceNow platform deployments.
• Apply architecture and governance practices using Performance Analytics and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Provide Agile/Scrum leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
