The
Sales Operations Coordinator supports the USA Beauty & Personal Care commercial team by managing inbound client inquiries, coordinating quotation workflows, maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline data, and assisting with post-quote activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, scheduling, and shipment coordination. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, clients, operations, laboratory teams, clinic operations, and finance to help ensure opportunities progress efficiently and clients receive a high-quality experience.

The Sales Operations Coordinator also contributes to process improvements, reporting, and operational tracking that support team effectiveness and commercial growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in sales support, customer service, business operations, or administrative coordination. Strong communication skills, advanced Excel skills, and CRM experience are essential; Salesforce experience is preferred. Experience in life sciences, CRO, testing, or the beauty and personal care industry is a plus.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively across cross-functional and global teams, and support a fast-paced commercial environment.

Hourly Pay Range

29-29-31 per hour
