The Role

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• A driven, positive attitude with the ability to navigate and overcome challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
