Quick Overview
Job Description
Scaling.com is hiring a Closing First Enrollment Specialist to join our Enrollment Team in Pleasant Grove.
This is a full-cycle sales role built around two responsibilities. You will take scheduled Enrollment Assessments and enroll qualified founders. When your calendar has room, you will source, qualify, and schedule additional opportunities for yourself.
You will speak with entrepreneurs and business owners who have engaged with Scaling.com, The Science of Scaling, or one of our other resources. You will learn our established enrollment process, receive direct coaching, and take calls early in your training.
We are looking for someone who can sell, follow a proven process, keep a clean pipeline, and execute the same important disciplines each day.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one Enrollment Assessments with qualified entrepreneurs over Zoom
- Understand each founder's business, goals, challenges, and reasons for scaling
- Determine whether Scaling.com is the right fit and ask qualified prospects to enroll
- Explain the program, answer questions, and handle objections with clarity
- Follow up with prospects until there is a clear outcome
- Source prospective founders through LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, and other approved channels when your calendar has room
- Qualify prospects and schedule your own Enrollment Assessments
- Record call outcomes, notes, tasks, and next steps in the CRM
- Follow established scripts, talk tracks, qualification standards, and SOPs
- Review your calls, accept direct coaching, and apply feedback to your next conversations
What Success Looks Like
Enrollments are the main measure of success in this role.
We also measure the revenue you generate from the qualified opportunities you receive, along with your close rate, show rate, follow-up completion, and CRM hygiene. We consider the volume and quality of the opportunities available when reviewing performance.
You are expected to make the most of the opportunities you receive and use open calendar time to create more.
The Environment
You will work alongside the Enrollment Team from our Pleasant Grove office. Expect a structured schedule, clear targets, regular call reviews, direct coaching, and an established process to follow.
We will train you on the Scaling.com enrollment process. You will be responsible for showing up prepared, applying coaching, maintaining your pipeline, and producing consistent results.
Why Scaling.com
Scaling.com helps entrepreneurs pursue ambitious growth using the Scaling Framework developed by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Blake Erickson. You will speak with founders who are making important decisions about the future of their companies and help the right people determine whether Scaling.com fits their goals.
