PEGA CLSA (Certified Pega Lead System Architect)

Role Description: Lead and support multiple digital transformation programs running onsite and offshore. This is a multi-faceted LSA role and requires you to be aware of the various aspects of Pega solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Leading technical delivery of projects
• Thought leadership on Pega technology, methodology and best practices
• Designing complex, scalable, performant and secure systems
• Liaising with customers and helping them achieve their business objectives
• Working with multiple stakeholders and giving them advice and direction when needed
• Working with onsite and offshore teams and ensuring progress to plan
• Ensuring the quality of the delivered solution
• Addressing issues and situation management

Prerequisites:

• Pega CLSA (Pega Certified Lead System Architect)
• 6+ years of industry experience
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Good thought leadership, technology, client-facing skills
• Experienced with Agile and DevOps
• Must have very good attention to detail
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Willing to travel for onsite assignments
• Public sector or telco domain knowledge would be beneficial
