Global Platform Engineer - Sales CPQ PRO AMP

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Principal Platform Engineer to lead the global technical strategy for a customer experience platform spanning sales, configuration/pricing, and professional operations. The role requires defining architecture, establishing engineering standards, and overseeing delivery across internal teams and external partners using Microsoft Dynamics and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain target architecture and multi-year roadmap for Sales, CPQ, and PR&O platform domains
Establish reusable APIs, services, patterns, frameworks, and developer tooling across product teams
Lead technical approach for embedding AI and agent capabilities into commercial workflows
Provide architecture oversight, quality assurance, and technical direction across internal and partner delivery teams
Coach engineers, strengthen technical capability, and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise platform architectures at scale
Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft cloud technologies, and integration patterns
Strong background in AI/agent engineering and modern software practices
Demonstrated ability to set technical standards and govern multi-team engineering delivery
Experience translating product strategy into executable platform roadmaps
Track record leading architecture reviews and resolving cross-functional technical dependencies
