Sell memberships like a pro
– Convert 50%+ of first-time guests into long-term members. Maximize every ticket
– Upsell service enhancements and retail with ease. Follow up and close
– Use calls, texts, and emails to capture every missed opportunity.

Crush the leaderboard
– Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas. Own the front desk as your sales floor

– Hospitality, fitness, luxury retail, or spa sales preferred.

We Offer
Competitive base pay + uncapped commission

Compensation

$16–$18/hour + commission (Average $20–$25/hour, top closers earn more)
