About the Role
GTL Management is expanding in the Chicagoland area, and we’re hiring energetic, motivated individuals for our Customer Sales and Service team. This is an entry-level opportunity with rapid growth potential

You’ll work face-to-face with customers to promote products and services in a retail based setting for top clients in the telecommunications industry. If you’re dependable, coachable, and ready to learn, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a retail environment
Promote and sell products and services
Use CRM tools to manage and update customer accounts
Handle objections and provide effective solutions
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
Build strong relationships with clients and teammates
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Coachable, positive, and eager to grow
Reliable and available to work weekends
Comfortable with basic technology and CRM systems
Adaptable, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
