Job Description

Title: Inspector Support II 
Afternoon shift: 2 PM - 10 pm 

Location: Chandler, AZ

Position Summary
As an AOI Inspector, you will play a crucial role in operating and overseeing AOI (YesTech Automated Optical Inspection), X-Ray (YesTech X-Ray) machine and perform Visual inspection using Microscope to ensure accurate detection of defects or abnormalities in printed circuit boards, electronic components, and assemblies.

Responsibilities
Regular and predictable attendance required.
AOI Inspector: Operate YesTech Automated Optical Inspection
YesTech X-Ray and Visual inspection using Microscope.
Examine documents such as Assembly Instruction (AI), change order (CO)
And verify the completeness and accuracy of documents.
First Piece: Ability to inspect first piece by run the populated PCB through AOI and X-Ray machine and Visual inspection. Review and fill out first piece documentation.
Notify appropriate personnel when discrepancies are found.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
Minimum one year of experience running the AOI and X-Ray machine.
Familiar with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
Familiar with Electronic Component Identification.
Experience using personal computer and working knowledge of Microsoft software including windows & office.

Skills
Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed to meet customer needs and on time delivery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate across different departments and levels of the organization.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in electronics manufacturing.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Must have basic math skills. Add, subtract, multiply, divide.
Ability to solve practical problems, ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience
Minimum two years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or equivalent.

Schedule:
2nd shift typical starting time between 2:00-3:00pm

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use microscope for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
