Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Help ensure the quality of advanced electronics in a hands-on manufacturing role. As an AOI Inspector, you’ll use automated inspection equipment, X-Ray systems, and microscopes to identify defects in printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies before they move to the next stage of production.

What You’ll Do

• Operate AOI and X-Ray equipment and perform microscope-based visual inspections.

• Inspect printed circuit boards, electronic components, and assemblies for defects.

• Complete first-piece inspections and accurately document results.

• Review assembly instructions and change orders for accuracy and completeness.

• Communicate discrepancies and collaborate with the team to resolve quality issues.

• Follow manufacturing safety and quality standards and maintain reliable attendance.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of AOI and/or X-Ray inspection equipment experience. YesTech experience is welcome; comparable systems are also accepted.

• At least 2 years of quality control or electronics inspection experience.

• Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and electronic component identification.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and practical problem-solving skills.

• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Fully onsite in Chandler, Monday–Friday.

• Afternoon shift, with overtime and weekend availability as needed.

• Manufacturing environment with extended microscope use.
