Scrum Master Edinburgh Hybrid Working (3 days)

A leading boutique investment management firm is seeking a Scrum Master to help drive Agile delivery and embed best practice across both technology and business teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative organisation where you'll have real influence, working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and senior stakeholders to shape how change is delivered across the business.

The Role

You'll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, remove delivery impediments, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The business is on a significant transformation journey, with initiatives spanning data platforms, cloud technologies, third-party integrations and application development.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Scrum Master experience within financial services, investment management or another regulated environment.
• Strong experience implementing and embedding Agile practices rather than simply operating established frameworks.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for improving delivery and team performance.
