Title: Software Team Lead/Scrum Master

Location: London (Hybrid)

Pay: Up to 90,000 (DOE)

Role:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of software engineers within an Agile environment

  • Acting Scrum Master

  • Assign and break down tasks, remove blockers and ensure projects are delivered efficiently

  • Work closely with technical and product teams to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable work

  • There will be a small element of C++ within this role

  • Play a key role in the future growth of the business

About you:

  • Some C++ development experience within a software or engineering environment

  • Practical experience as a Scrum Master

  • Experience leading a team

  • Background in CAE, CAD, simulation or engineering software would be beneficial

  • Mechanical, aerospace, engineering or software engineering experience is desirable, though a degree is not essential but ideal

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A natural leader with a collaborative, low-ego approach to engineering
