  • Lead platform training, user enablement, and change management initiatives to increase adoption and planning maturity.
  • Monitor data quality, governance compliance, and forecasting accuracy while driving continuous process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, issue resolution, and planning process guidance.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology planning, portfolio management, resource capacity planning, PMO, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with a PPM, portfolio planning, resource management, or work management platform; Planview experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting technology demand management, resource forecasting, capacity planning, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap management.
  • Strong reporting and analytics capabilities with experience building dashboards, forecasting models, and decision-support reporting.
  • Knowledge of data governance, workflow design, security administration, access management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to translate utilization, demand, capacity, and project portfolio data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.

Why Join This Opportunity?
