Hardware Technician I / NOC Analyst

Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts across a 24x7 NOC environment
• Identify, triage, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate to engineering teams as needed
• Maintain and update runbooks and monitoring documentation
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage conference bridges for Problem Management

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Familiarity with monitoring tools
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching
• 1+ years experience in a NOC or network operations environment (preferred)
• CCNA or similar networking certification (nice to have)
• Experience with Service-Now (nice to have)
• Experience supporting energy or utilities sector environments (nice to have)
