The Role • Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, ensuring a high standard of service and customer interaction. • Think on your feet to make the right decisions for each customer and challenge. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
