Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring outgoing shipments meet quality standards through inspection, packaging and labeling verification, defect containment, and accurate quality tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OQC inspections to ensure outgoing shipments are defect-free using defined sampling plans and AQL criteria.
• Follow OQC checklists thoroughly for each outgoing product.
• Apply 5S practices to organize and categorize good and defective parts within the OQC area.
• Verify outgoing shipment packaging and labeling for accuracy and legibility.
• Identify packaging issues, block affected shipments, and communicate with relevant Wing teams/SQEs for corrective action.
• Collaborate with PQE, SQE, and 3PL teams to develop approved packaging workarounds and shipment plans.
• Support IQC activities during low-volume periods as directed.
• Maintain key OQC quality information for outbound materials in preparation for integration into the e-QMS.
