Position: Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Mgmt Architect (SCM) Lead

Location: Remote with travel

Position Overview: As a D365 SCM Functional Solution Architect, you can expect to...

Act as Functional Solution Architect (SCM) on projects while implementing various modules of Microsoft D365 for Supply Chain Mgmt.
Participate in pre-sales initiatives such as assessments, discovery sessions, proof of concept as needed.
Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Business Process Reengineering (BPE) workshops.
Create, finalize and sign-off on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans.
Own the functional aspects of projects and lead a team of functional consultants; Review work products created by functional team members.
Hands-on system knowledge in manufacturing, advanced warehousing, costing, supply chain management processes in D365 FSCM to guide the consultants.
Lead conference room pilots and user acceptance testing sessions; Ensure a formal process is in place for issue resolution, specifically around the functional architecture and integration points of the implementation.
Collaborate with PM to create functional backlog in DevOps, sprint and iteration planning.
Act as escalation point for all functional design issues during a project.
Adhere to and improve implementation methodology as the business paradigm changes; Establish implementation and training best practices for the F&O team and actively train on/disseminate information.
Research what s changing in the D365 space; Work with PMO to make recommendations on how we can adapt our implementations.
Travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate.

Sound interesting? If so, you ll have

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MS D365 SCM Certified highly desired.
10+ years of experience architecting complex solutions in supply chain using D365 FO.
Project experience including assessment and analysis, designing business cases, envisioning, planning, and deployment of D365 solutions.
Ability to translate requirements created by the business and functional analysts into the architecture for the solution.
Ability to integrate with overall client test plan.
Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementationsand experience on projects with integration to multiple third party solutions.
Proven record of delivering information systems business value at an executive level.
Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table.
Working knowledge of ISV solutions.
Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of an application delivery project.
Strong working knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum-based implementations.
Confidence presenting to internal and external groups.
Microsoft D365 Solution Architect certifications.
Flexibility to travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate.
