Tierra Environmental and Industrial Services, Inc, a Midwest leader in vacuum truck services and industrial cleaning, is currently seeking results driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialists to join our sales team.

Our ideal candidates are motivated team players who has a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and excellent interpersonal skills, possessing the skills and qualifications necessary to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, such as:
Strong selling skills coupled with a deep understanding of the sales process to close deals and meet sales targets. Extensive knowledge of the services offered to educate customers and answer their questions effectively. Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition and benefits of the service to the customer.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Detail-oriented approach to manage customer information, sales data and track performance. Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers. Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
1+ years of sales experience. Comprehensive health insurance, including vision, dental, and life.
