Talent Acquisition Technology and Operations Manager

Johnson Controls is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations to lead our global recruiting tech stack and process optimization in a manufacturing environment. You will own ATS/CRM configuration, integrations, analytics, and vendor relationships to drive scalable, data-driven hiring. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve candidate and recruiter experience, implement automation, and ensure compliance. Lead a small team, manage projects, and champion continuous improvement that supports our innovative, sustainable smart-building mission.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the talent acquisition tech stack, including ATS and related tools
• Design, optimize, and document end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows
• Lead implementation, upgrades, and integrations with HRIS and other systems
• Develop and maintain recruitment analytics, dashboards, and KPIs
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and system performance
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align TA technology with strategy
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to enhance candidate and recruiter experience
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and employment regulations
• Lead and develop a small TA technology/operations team
• Plan and manage TA technology and process improvement projects from concept to delivery
