Controller / Finance & Accounting Manager
Hybrid Role.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Controller / Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of a fast-growing marketing company. This person will own the day-to-day accounting function while providing leadership with accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, forecasting, and operational insights that support continued growth.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where advertising spend, lead generation, and cash flow move quickly. Experience supporting companies with significant marketing spend, digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or lead generation is a strong plus.

What You'll Do
Own the company's accounting and financial operations
Manage cash flow to ensure healthy working capital and liquidity
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
Monitor company spending and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency
Partner with leadership on financial planning and strategic decision-making
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger activity
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations
Coordinate with outside CPA firms on tax filings and year-end financials
Develop financial reporting dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership
Improve accounting processes and internal controls as the company scales
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6 months, you will have:
Established accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
Improved visibility into cash flow and financial forecasting
Streamlined invoicing and collections processes
Built reliable financial models to support company growth
Implemented stronger financial controls and reporting processes
Become a trusted financial advisor to the executive team
What We're Looking For
5+ years of accounting, finance, or controller experience
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Experience managing AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting digital marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, advertising, SaaS, or technology companies
Familiarity with managing businesses that have significant monthly advertising spend
Experience building financial processes in a rapidly growing company
Experience working closely with founders or executive leadership
Base Salary
: $120k-$130K, plus 10% annual bonus.
