Pay: $125,000 to $135,000 per year, plus two annual bonus programs
Relocation: Full relocation provided

Be the financial partner to the Plant Manager at a high-tech manufacturing plant, driving profitability, cost reduction, and smarter plant decisions.

Must-Haves

• Experience as a Plant Controller, Finance Manager, or Accounting Manager
• Strong cost accounting knowledge
• Experience leading financial budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of inventory accounting under U.S. GAAP
• Ability to supervise and develop a cost accountant

What You'll Do

• Own all plant financial matters, including budgeting and ongoing forecasts
• Partner with the Plant Manager on strategic decisions and plant performance
• Manage the accounting system and accurate, timely cost reporting
• Deliver manufacturing cost variance analysis and drive cost control
• Lead local cost reduction initiatives
• Lead the annual update of standard costs
• Ensure inventory balances are properly stated under U.S. GAAP
• Review bills of materials for accuracy
• Evaluate capital investment projects for accuracy and return
• Supervise one cost accountant

Nice-to-Haves

• CPA or CMA
• Experience in a large, multinational manufacturing company
• ERP system experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $125,000 to $135,000 per year
• Two annual bonus programs
