Required Qualifications

*2 years work experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
*Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
*Proven ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
*Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules, or other project management documentation.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear decisions, actions, owners, and next steps.
*Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure, technology, risk, compliance, or remediation programs.
*Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or acquired business environments.
*Familiarity with security assessments, compliance requirements, risk remediation, or technology discovery activities.
