EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and QUALIFICATIONS
10 yr in IT BA/PM with Agile
Technical PM, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio, as well as collaboration tools like MS SharePoint, Jira, and MS Teams.
Familiarity with public-sector concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to influence in a matrixed environment
Nice to have: PMP or CSM or other related project management certification.
Technical PM, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
