Role: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite/Hybrid-3 days in a week)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Experience: 10+ Years min

Domain: Preferred exp. With Banking/Financial Domain

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, and financial domain exposure (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, Kafka
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Work with distributed systems and ensure scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps, Product)
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
  • Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Java backend/Fullstack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture
  • Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols
  • Strong experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with Kafka / Messaging systems
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
