Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Veeva Vault PromoMats Technical Developer / Lead with strong expertise in PromoMats configuration, customization, Vault Java SDK development, REST API integrations, and enterprise application integration.

⚠️ This is a technical development role—not a functional consulting or general Vault administration position.

🔹 Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ Veeva Vault PromoMats configuration and customization
✅ Document lifecycles, workflows, business rules, and security permissions
✅ Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review workflows
✅ Hands-on development using Veeva Vault Java SDK
✅ Strong Java programming, debugging, and troubleshooting
✅ Veeva Vault REST API integrations
✅ REST, HTTP, JSON, OAuth, and Vault Query Language (VQL)
✅ Enterprise integration patterns and error handling
✅ Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated life sciences environments
✅ Ability to independently design, develop, and troubleshoot complex technical solutions

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize PromoMats documents, lifecycles, workflows, and approval processes.
• Develop custom Vault triggers, actions, and business logic using Java SDK.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Implement and optimize MLR review workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and integration failures.
• Lead code reviews, guide development teams, and support technical design decisions.
• Support testing, production deployments, Vault upgrades, and release management.

🔹 Good to Have

▪️ Veeva Vault Administrator or PromoMats certification
▪️ Vault SDK HTTP Callouts and Spark Messaging
▪️ Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or Adobe Workfront integrations
▪️ AWS/Azure integration experience
▪️ Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and computerized system validation

🎯 Ideal Candidate

We need a genuine hands-on PromoMats developer who has personally configured complex workflows and lifecycles, developed Java SDK customizations, and implemented REST API integrations.

Candidates with experience primarily in Veeva RIM, QualityDocs, general Vault administration, functional consulting, or architecture without hands-on PromoMats development may not be a suitable fit.
