Pay Range: $50/hr - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain full-stack software applications.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and frontend applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Work with SQL Server and relational databases for database development, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain application integrations and troubleshoot data exchanges between enterprise systems.
• Participate in software architecture, object-oriented programming, debugging, and application performance improvements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Use Azure DevOps for source control, build management, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to application modernization, cloud-ready development, and enterprise technology improvements.
• Follow established cybersecurity, data governance, quality, and software development standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, database development, and query optimization.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Python and enterprise application development.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), software architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containers, and automated testing.
• Exposure to legacy application modernization.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and sensor-data systems.
• Experience with IT/OT integration and industrial systems.
• Familiarity with NERC compliance, cybersecurity standards, and data governance.
• Previous experience in electric utilities, energy, or industrial environments
