The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest concerns and develop solutions
• Make strategic recommendations for pest prevention, quality, and safety to clients
• Build trusted relationships with commercial customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad and sales software, to document agreements and stay organized
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain required pesticide licensing (company paid)
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical duties including ladder use and occasional lifting
