Telecommuting: Allowed (50% after the first three months, pending satisfactory job performance/evaluation; negotiable)

Requested Qualifications & Experience:

84+ Months: Experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and logical design; translating issues through both oral and written communication.
84+ Months: Experience in creating and modifying Framework Manager models.
84+ Months: Experience in creating and modifying reports using COGNOS tools.
84+ Months: Experience in using SQL for analysis and reporting, including conditional formatting and joining queries sourced from multiple tables or views.
84+ Months: Experience testing reports, analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documenting, and presenting data challenges to stakeholders.
84+ Months: Experience working in social services or related fields.
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
