Required Experience
- 15 years of overall software development experience
- Proven experience working as a Frontend Lead / Full Stack Lead / Technical Lead
- Strong hands-on coding experience
- Strong React / Next.js development and architecture experience
- Proven hands-on AEM Headless implementation/integration experience
- Strong Node.js and GraphQL experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience working with Product Owners and Enterprise/Solution Architects
- Ability to independently lead technical discussions and solution decisions
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise or customer-facing applications
