Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead strategy, design, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs for our manufacturing and corporate teams. This role will evaluate and optimize benefit offerings, manage vendor and broker relationships, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulations. The Director will use data to drive decisions, support annual enrollment, oversee benefits communication, and partner with HR and leadership to align benefits with Marvin's people-first culture, safety focus, and long-term employee growth and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Marvin's overall benefits strategy for manufacturing and corporate employees.
  • Oversee administration of health, welfare, and retirement (401k) plans, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Lead annual benefits planning, open enrollment, and employee communication initiatives.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and trends to inform decisions and optimize programs.
  • Partner with HR leaders and senior management to align benefits with business and culture goals.
  • Develop and maintain benefits policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support benefits issue resolution and escalations for employees and HR teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in benefits processes, tools, and employee experience.
