Director of Benefits

Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and administration of our benefits programs supporting manufacturing, corporate, and field teams. This role will oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with Marvin's people-first culture. The Director will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and use data to optimize cost and value. Partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership, this role will enhance employee experience through clear communication, education, and continuous program improvement.
