Senior Project Manager 

Location: Harrisburg, PA – Hybrid, PA locals only
Duration: 12 months
Experience: 10+ years
PMP: Active PMP certification for 5+ years – Mandatory
Onsite: 1 day/month in Harrisburg; 

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable Public Health experience, especially Drug & Alcohol Programs (DDAP) – MUST
• Active PMI PMP certification for at least 5 years
• Candidate must reside in Pennsylvania at the time of submission – no relocation
• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing large, complex IT projects from planning through implementation
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience with RAID logs, project metrics, status reporting, change management, and PMO methodologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major DDAP projects, including iSMART/TMS replacement and WITS
• Manage projects through planning, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans and schedules
• Track scope, budget, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Coordinate IT teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Provide weekly status updates and executive-level reporting
• Ensure compliance with Commonwealth/HHS DC IT PMO standards
• Facilitate meetings, testing, training, presentations, and stakeholder reviews
• Drive issues and risks to resolution and ensure successful project delivery
