Job Description
JDL Strategies is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and ambitious
Entry-Level Account Executive to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals looking to begin a career in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business development
. No previous industry experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Our Account Executives work directly with customers at partnered retail and event locations, representing established brands and helping execute face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.

Represent our clients and their brands professionally at partnered retail and event locations
Engage with customers face-to-face and create positive brand experiences
Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
Assist customers through simple enrollment and account processes
Execute in-person sales, marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns
Learn and apply effective sales and customer engagement strategies
Track individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales, marketing, and leadership
Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign performance and customer trends
Develop skills in training, team development, and account management
Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign performance
Goal-oriented and motivated by personal growth
Willingness to learn and receive coaching
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, athletics, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
Paid, hands-on training
