Job Description

Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, standing at the forefront of technology and entertainment. Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 7 days and selling directly to consumers through its Inkitt Galatea app. Bestsellers are then translated onto the screen through Inkitt CandyJar, the #1 US-based microdrama platform with billions of episodes streamed to date.

Backed by some of the top VC’s such as: Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, our recent expansion into Ironblood, the first AI Native streaming platform for action and adventure, is only the beginning of our journey to becoming the next-gen entertainment powerhouse. Anything over a week of engineering needs a methodical business case demonstrating ROI. Your performance is measured on two things: how often you beat your own Top 3, and the realised impact of what you ship.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Inkitt’s marketing-technology and measurement ecosystem
— the tooling, data, and signal infrastructure that powers paid user acquisition across Galatea, CandyJar, and Ironblood. This role is primarily about the technology behind paid acquisition.

Lifecycle and CRM sit adjacent to it, not at the centre
Own mobile attribution and measurement end-to-end (MMP, SKAdNetwork/AEM, Conversions API): ensure clean, trustworthy signal flows to Meta, TikTok, and other channels, and continuously improve signal quality to drive more efficient spend
Build the measurement and experimentation backbone
— incrementality/true-lift testing, event pipelines, audience and segmentation infrastructure, and the dashboards and observability the Growth team runs on
Own the martech stack and integrations
(attribution, CDP/event pipeline, campaign & lifecycle platforms, ad-platform APIs): build-vs-buy decisions, vendor selection, and the governance, QA, and release process that keeps it reliable
Sit embedded with User Acquisition and Growth first
, and with Lifecycle/CRM, Analytics and Engineering alongside them — translate their needs into a martech roadmap and ship the tooling that compounds performance over time
Drive features and tooling through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
Establish data quality, privacy-by-design, and observability so the business can trust its numbers and move fast
6+ years of professional experience
(we measure years on the job, not years holding a “product manager” title) in a fast-growing B2C consumer tech company, with mobile app experience
~ Deep expertise in marketing technology and measurement
: mobile attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch), SKAdNetwork/AEM and Conversions API/CAPI, event pipelines/CDP, and performance measurement and incrementality
~ Proven track record building measurement, experimentation, and martech tooling that made paid acquisition materially more efficient
~ Exceptional analytical skills where you can quantify both qualitative and quantitative data to make product and strategic decisions — i.e.

Advanced SQL skills
~ Strong technical fluency — able to partner deeply with engineering on data pipelines, integrations, and tooling (hands-on data-engineering background a plus)
~ Lifecycle/CRM exposure is useful but secondary
~ Self starter that can deliver results with limited supervision and thrives in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
~ Data driven
Have lots of fun building a generational AI x Entertainment company
401k plan, designed to help you save for the future
~ Health benefits tailored to your needs, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
~ Professional coaching for everyone
~ Team-building events, including our annual Tulum trip
~ Unlimited access to our Galatea app and CandyJar app
~ Unlimited budget for self-development books
~ Free lunch in office everyday
~ Dog-friendly offices in Berlin and San Francisco
At Inkitt, we strive to build a company culture and provide employment opportunities based on diversity and inclusion. 190000 - 225000 USD a year
Salary offers are determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.

We are open to hiring this role at either Staff or Principal level.
