Be the go-to expert on health, welfare, and retirement benefits for a growing logistics organization. You will guide employees through enrollment and changes, keep programs compliant, and lead efforts to make the benefits program better every year.

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Working knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement plans and related compliance requirements
  • Ability to explain complex coverage options in plain language
  • Able to work hybrid in Lexington, KY

What You'll Do

  • Guide employees through benefit changes, enrollment, and eligibility
  • Explain coverage options and keep programs compliant with legal standards
