Job Description

ENGAGEMENT – Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst
Type: 6 months CTH
Schedule: Monday–Friday,( part time 20-25hr weekly) 
Location: Remote (state restrictions apply)
Visa: s
Interview: video 1 or 2 rounds 
Top Requirements
  • Epic Cadence OR Prelude certification (dual certification a nice-to-have )
  • Strong Patient Access, Scheduling, and Referrals experience
  • Production support background with some light build exposure
  • Ability to quickly support frontline operations
Soft Skills
  • Strong customer service mindset supporting end users and front desk teams
  • Ability to distinguish true system issues from user error
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Interview Process
  • 1–2 interview rounds depending on candidate quality
  • Availability pending from the client
Internal Notes
  • Primary focus is ambulatory/patient access support while the core team remains focused on an Epic acute rollout
  • Not a heavy build position
  • Prioritize candidates with hands-on support experience who can hit the ground running in patient access workflows
Market Guidance
  • Single certification, strong support experience
  • Dual certified (Cadence + Prelude) and/or deeper Epic Revenue Cycle experience
