We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Sales Data with strong Investment Banking or Capital Markets experience and hands-on expertise in McLagan and Coalition datasets to support a strategic data transformation initiative for a leading global investment banking client.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document sales data feeds, data lineage, source-to-target mappings, and reporting processes.

• Gather and manage business requirements from Sales, Business Management, and Technology stakeholders.

• Create BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping documents.

• Leverage McLagan and Coalition data for sales performance, benchmarking, market share, and revenue analytics.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support data validation, reconciliation, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced data quality.

Required Skills

✅ Strong Business Analyst experience in Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
✅ Hands-on experience with McLagan and Coalition datasets, methodologies, and reporting.
✅ Understanding of sales/revenue benchmarking, market share, client wallet, and performance metrics.
✅ Experience with data feeds, source-to-target mappings, business rules, and data lineage.
✅ Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
✅ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
✅ Experience working with data engineering, development, and reporting teams in Agile environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
