• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate project resources, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop project charters, resource plans, schedules, status reports, and other project deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, quality, resources, dependencies, and commitments.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate required security, architecture, disaster recovery, ROI, and other project assessments.
• Lead project team meetings, steering committee meetings, workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs and ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Coach and support Scrum teams in decision-making, conflict resolution, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and centralized repositories.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Prepare projects for stage-gate reviews and ensure successful completion of required governance activities.
• Develop and maintain project/program dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely project communications and executive-level status updates.
• Collaborate effectively with business, technical, and leadership teams across a matrixed organization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 4+ years of meaningful Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise, IT, or technology projects.
• Proven Finance Project Management experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • General Ledger / Accounting
  • Procurement
  • Supply Chain
  • Fixed Assets / Asset Management
• Strong experience with Agile or Hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple applications, technologies, and system layers.
• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• SAP Project Management experience, preferably managing SAP programs or projects.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise PMO environments.
